/KASE, March 31, 11/ - Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release of March 31, 2011:

In order to facilitate a further development of broadband Internet access, the access speed under tariff plans "Unlimited" (data transmission speed of up to 10 Mbit/s) designed for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is to be increased twice the existing rate with the monthly fee staying the same, effective April 1, 2011. However, iD Phone packages containing broadband Internet access and Wi-Fi-based services will not be influenced by the ease.
